Many of the readers of HR Case Studies are teachers of Advanced Level Business Studies who need a helping hand with that tricky little subject of Human Resources Management.
So, one simple task for you:
What three words would you use to describe the HR Manager of the future?
Flexible, Understanding, Transparent.

ReplyDeleteThe HR Manager of the future?
ReplyDeleteTo the business they should be: Challenging, indispensable and cost effective (hope that can count as one word)!
To their teams they should be: motivational, supportive and challenging (again)
To the function they should be: Inspirational, driven and wise
And what will they be in reality? Probably: Stressed, undervalued and defensive
