However, the recruitment process does seem to favour those with their own teeth, no (natural) white hairs and 20/20 vision. Not sure that I would ever be able to substantiate my views but anecdotal evidence would suggest that some very wise and experienced people do not get the job offers that they should!<br /><br />Am I surprised about the Top 100 list?
